One Nation will conclude its $10 million investment in advocacy against Washington liberals’ reckless spending spree this week. As the organization’s ads come down in the wake of Senator Joe Manchin’s (WV) opposition to the so-called “Build Back Better” bill, One Nation is prepared to stay engaged as needed to stop the legislation.
Liberals are publicly signaling they will play “hardball” with Senator Manchin in the new year as President Biden has reached out to restart talks with the West Virginian. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (NY) is also vowing to hold a vote on the legislation early in 2022 despite objections from Senator Manchin.
“One Nation is proud to have played a part in informing Americans of the consequences of reckless spending while working families cope with inflation. American businesses and families may have won this round, but we will do whatever is necessary to protect the country from this inflation-acceleration bill. Senators should be on notice that we will hold accountable those who put liberal ideology ahead of their own constituents.” -One Nation President Steven Law
