“Pattern” – GA09

H.R. 3795 would provide a way for violent criminals, including murderers and sex traffickers, to be released from prison early, after serving just a portion of what they were sentenced for their crime. The proposed legislation does not protect victims or communities, but instead gives violent offenders a chance to roam free. (see H.R. 3795)

Where does Cong. Doug Collins stand on H.R. 3795?

In the past Congressman Collins sided  with  liberals and proposed a Bill that would have allowed early release for certain sex traffickers and even some people caught with child pornography (see H.R.3356)  Fortunately, his proposal never became part of the law that was signed by President Trump to give people a fresh start and keep our communities safe (see the First Step Act). Contact Congressman Collins at 770 297 3388 urge him to stop supporting early release for any dangerous criminals and to  oppose H.R. 3795.
