One Nation Launches $1.5 Million Advocacy Campaign in North Carolina

August 16, 2016

New Ad Asks Senator Richard Burr to Keep Fighting Against the Obama Administration’s Medicare Experiments

WASHINGTON, DC — One Nation, a public policy advocacy organization dedicated to commonsense legislative solutions, today released a new television ad as part of a ten-day, $1.5 million advocacy campaign in North Carolina.

The ad, entitled “Worried,” will run on broadcast and cable TV for 10 days in the Charlotte and Raleigh markets, beginning today.

The ad highlights a new Obama Administration experiment to Medicare Part B that puts cancer patients at grave risk. The ad also asks viewers to call Senator Burr and tell him to keep fighting for North Carolina seniors’ health care by supporting S.141: The Protecting Seniors Access to Medicare Act.

“Worried” can be viewed by clicking the picture below:

“President Obama keeps making it harder for North Carolina seniors to get quality health care, from Obamacare to a new Medicare Part B experiment that could impact their access to cancer treatments,” said Steven Law, former chief of staff to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and president of One Nation. “Senator Richard Burr has always been a fighter for seniors and Medicare and we are joining his fight against the Obama Administration’s dangerous new experiment.”
